We want to provide the best possible experience. Water visibility and temperature vary widely in Southern Baja, so we teach in different locations throughout the year: December to March in Cabo San Lucas, and May to November in the La Paz area.

Introductory Freediving Course
Learn about freediving breathing, equalization, safety, technique and equipment… this will make your recreational ocean, pool and bathtub experience much more enjoyable.
You will become an expert snorkeler who can go down to see what that shinny object or funny looking fish is on the bottom of the sea. Perfect for everyone, bring the whole family.

Beginner Freediving Course
Ideal for anyone who wants to take their aquatic experience further.
In this course you will learn how to perform different freediving disciplines, enhance your skills to take you deeper and practice safety procedures in confined as well as open water. We will also dive into an understanding of the physical and psychological theory of freediving, blending the experience with mindfulness into the marine environment.

In this course, you will learn more in depth theory, practice longer breath holds and fine tune your technique. You will start going deeper, potentially down to 30 meters, into the blue and enjoy the best underwater free ride… the freefall!
