Learn about freediving breathing, equalization, safety, technique and equipment… this will make your recreational ocean, pool and bathtub experience much more enjoyable.
You will become an expert snorkeler who can go down to see what that shinny object or funny looking fish is on the bottom of the sea. Perfect for everyone.
